FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I obtain a quote?
A. You can either fill out the enquiry form on this website or email us with your enquiry. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours or sooner. If you need more immediate assistance then please call us on 0117 957 3333.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit in order to hold my booking?
A. We ask for 50% of the quoted price, 3 days prior to travel (if paying by cheque 7 days). The remaining balance, 24hrs prior to travel. You can also pay the chauffeur upon pickup, with either a cheque (supported with a guarantee card) or by cash. We can also offer a 30 day account for corporate clients (after qualifying period).

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
A. If circumstances change and you need to cancel the chauffeur, you must contact us as soon as possible. Providing this is cancelled within 24hrs, no charge will be implemented. However, if it is not cancelled within 24hrs, a charge of 50% of the price will be applied.

Q. What happens if my flight is delayed?
A. We will constantly monitor the status of your flight so will be fully aware if there are any delays. Our driver will wait until the flight arrives unless instructed to do different by the client.

Q. Is there a charge for waiting at the airport?
A. We do not charge for the first hour of waiting, and 90% of the customers are clear of their flight and customs within this time. However after the hour we charge £25 per hour.

Q. Are there any extra charges?
A. No. Providing no waiting time or additional mileage is incurred on the quoted booking price.

Q. What method of payment can I use?
A. We accept Cheque, BACS, Cash, and Credit Cards.
